Welcome!
We are a fiber
guild, a support group for fiber enthusiasts. We
are centered around the Fargo,
North Dakota / Moorhead, Minnesota
area. We have members that spin, weave, dye, knit, felt, and do
other fiber arts.
Meeting Time and Place
Meetings are
usually the second Saturday of each month, from 10:00 AM to noon.
The meeting place may vary. Informal gatherings also happen at
random times.

Spring Fiber Day

Spring
Fiber Day is a wonderful opportunity to meet spinners, weavers, dyers and
knitters from all around the area. Joanie and Dave Ellison host this day
twice a year and it’s a fabulous retreat and time to meet new and old
friends.
Bring
your spinning wheel, knitting or any fiber project you wish to work on.
The dye pots are always going. Dyes are available for purchase as well as
plenty of fiber. If you are interested in creating your own variegated
roving, Dave will help you make it, using their dyed wool.
Bring
a pot luck dish to share, and if you are interested in dyeing wool or
yarn, bring rubber gloves for your hands and plastic bags to take home
your wet fiber.
To
Get to Northcroft Farm, take I94 to Hwy 108 into Pelican Rapids. Turn
South through town and turn East at the downtown stoplight. Continue on 108
for 2 miles. Turn South onto 215th Avenue, then turn right
onto 410th

Join
us for this wonderful spring luncheon. Bring your smile and anything you
are working on or have completed. This is our time to share things we
have done this past year.
As
usual, for those who have taken on the 2012 Guild Challenge -- Drawing
Two Colored Crayons from a Bag -- this is the time to present the results
of the past year's efforts. It's a lot of fun, so…. skip the Fargo
Marathon, and be there.
Since
our luncheon is held on the day of the Marathon, please check the course
route map before venturing out. For those living in Moorhead, it might be
best to cross the 52nd Avenue south bridge and go north on University
Drive to Rose Creek Parkway.
